Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris! Please note that this apartment is only available through a mobility lease.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the ground floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 28m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa and a TV to watch all your favorite showsr. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
