Welcome to my 55 m² apartment on the 5th floor with lift access in the 17th Arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two people, with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Ideally located minutes from the metro and RER, you can enjoy a charming stay exploring Paris! Please note that this property is only available through a mobility lease for a minimum of 30 days.

Enjoy a stay in Paris in this beautiful 55 m² flat on the 5th floor (with a lift), just a few minutes from the Arc de Triomphe. Its prime location offers easy access to the main tourist attractions, shops and public transport. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Its bright living room features a sofa bed, a television and a dining area for spending time with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A washer-dryer is also available. The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with hotel-quality bedding, as well as storage space for your personal belongings. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the toilet is separate. You can also enjoy a pleasant furnished balcony, ideal for having a coffee or relaxing after a day exploring the capital. High-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided, professional cleaning before your arrival: everything is in place for a comfortable stay. All you have to do is drop your bags and enjoy Paris.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
