Welcome to my 45m2 apartment on the 2nd floor without a lift in the 10th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its living room, its bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom Ideally located minutes from different metro lines, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris! Please note that this property is only available for a minimum of 30 days.
Space
Welcome to this beautiful 45 m² apartment on the 2nd floor, without a lift. Modern and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a convertible sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table for two people. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises one bedroom, carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160x200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. There is also a desk, perfect for remote workers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and features smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay! Please note that renovation work is currently being carried out on the façade and may cause noise disturbance during the day on weekdays.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
