Situated on the third floor of a classic Parisian building (please note: no elevator), the apartment opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals at home. The spacious and light-filled living room features a large skylight that brings in natural light throughout the day, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Also on the main level, you’ll find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, the bedroom under the eaves is a cozy and quiet retreat, also lit by a roof window, giving the space a bright and airy feel. For your comfort year-round, the apartment is equipped with two air conditioners—one in the living room and one in the bedroom upstairs—ensuring a pleasant temperature even during warmer months. Please note: As the apartment has roof windows, guests sensitive to light should be aware that while there are electric blinds and shutters to darken the space, you might prefer to bring your favorite sleep mask for extra comfort. Please do not walk with shoes on the carpeted floor in the bedroom. Please also note that if you want to lower the electric store in the bedroom, the window needs to be closed. Please note that as the apartment has roof windows, guests sensitive to light should be aware that while there are electric blinds and shutters to darken the space, you might prefer to bring your favorite sleep mask for extra comfort. Please note that in case the below instructions are not followed, fees will apply: * Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property * Organising parties is strictly prohibited in the property * Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours * City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items * No pets are allowed The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
