Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment, equipped with everything you need: Living room: A welcoming space with a double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table for moments of conviviality. Kitchen: Open-plan, modern kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Bedroom 1: A cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and quality bed linen. This property is offered exclusively for medium-term stays under a lease agreement governed by the French Civil Code. It is intended strictly for temporary occupancy and may not be used as the tenant's primary residence. The tenant must maintain a separate primary residence outside of the rented property. This rental is particularly suitable for professionals on assignment, expatriates, employees on temporary missions, consultants, companies accommodating staff members, or guests using the apartment as a Parisian pied-à-terre. Before signing the lease agreement, certain documents may be requested, including: a valid ID or passport, proof of primary residence, employment contract, assignment letter, employer certificate, company registration documents (for corporate leases), and a sworn statement confirming the temporary nature of the stay. The lease agreement is drafted in French and must be signed in French. If necessary, we invite you to have it translated before signing. The agreement provides for a fixed term with no automatic renewal and will specify the temporary reason for occupancy as well as the tenant's primary residence address. The actual temporary nature of the occupancy shall prevail over the title or designation of the agreement. This property is not suitable for guests wishing to establish their primary residence, guests without another identifiable residence, or travelers seeking short-term tourist accommodation. The rental includes a monthly electricity allowance of €70 corresponding to 350 kWh (based on €0.20/kWh). Any excessive consumption may be charged based on meter readings taken before and after the stay. Please remember to switch off lights and electrical appliances when not in use and to adopt environmentally responsible habits during your stay.
