Located in the heart of Paris’s 11th arrondissement, in a sought-after neighborhood near Place de la Bastille, I welcome you to my home, where you’ll enjoy your own private 38-square-meter space. Designed to offer you comfort, privacy, and independence, this private space can accommodate up to 4 guests and is perfect for a stay in Paris with family or friends. Your private space includes: - A comfortable living area with a double sofa bed, coffee table, and Smart TV - A beautiful round table with 2 chairs - A sleeping area with a low ceiling featuring a comfortable double bed, TV, and a closet - A private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning Important: Access to the sleeping area is particularly low, with an entrance height of approximately 1.50 m, and the ceiling height in the bedroom is also very low. This space may therefore be uncomfortable for tall people or those with mobility issues. We prefer to point this out so that every traveler can make an informed reservation. Sheets and towels are provided for each guest, and the space is cleaned by a professional before your arrival. You’ll enjoy your space in complete peace and privacy, all while staying in a welcoming Parisian setting.

Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. are not possible, unless prior special arrangements have been made.

Part of the apartment serves as my primary residence, and you will have your own private space during your stay. -I will personally welcome you and hand you the keys in person by appointment, until 8:00 p.m. -Breakfast is included in your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Parties and noise disturbances are not allowed. -The apartment is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.
