It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with its living room, its bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris! Please note that this property has a 30-day minimum stay.

Welcome to this beautiful 38 m² apartment on the 6th floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to shops, parks, and transport links, and is the ideal base for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. There is also a washer in the apartment for added convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair-dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
