It can comfortably accommodate two people in its bedroom with a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Paris! Please note that this property is available for a minimum of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 45 m² apartment on the 10th floor (with lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The adjoining dining table can seat up to 2 people, perfect for enjoying your meals. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (queen – 160x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The room also has a work setup, perfect for remote workers. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a sink, a hair-dryer and a mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separated. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
