It comfortably accommodates two people, with its bright living room, bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a shared courtyard. Ideally located minutes from the RER A, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the suburbs while still being connected to Paris! Please note that this property is only rented through a mobility lease for a minimum of 30 days!

Welcome to this beautiful 33 m² apartment on the ground floor. Modern and tastefully decorated, you will enjoy a charming, calm stay while staying close to Paris. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, with a comfortable living room featuring a sofa and a television. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: a convection microwave oven, a cooking plate, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes. The adjoining dining table seats two people. The accommodation comprises one bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The bed (double – 140x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. You will also find a washer and a dryer in the basement for added convenience. The bathroom features a shower, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. The exterior offers a pleasant, chill area, a shared courtyard outside the apartment in the building, furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. All that's left to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
