This house is located rue Jean Jaurès, in a quiet and residential area of Mouvaux. The accommodation has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and even a small garden for sunny days! Free parking on the streets around the house, subject to availability. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The house is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Large living room with lounge area, dining room and open kitchen - Bathroom with bath-shower, sink and WC - Small garden at the back of the house with a picnic table and a plancha 1st floor: - Two bedrooms with double bed 2nd floor: - A bedroom in the attic with two single beds The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, parties and events are not allowed. In the event of noise complaints or intervention by law enforcement, the security deposit may be fully retained. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The "Faidherbe" tram stop is a 10-minute walk away. The “Les Prieux” bus station is 300 meters away. Free street parking, with no time limit (subject to availability).
