This house is located rue de Lille, in Mouvaux. You will be a few minutes walk from the city center, shops and can easily reach Lille by tram. The accommodation has recently been renovated. It is spacious, functional and even has a small garden for sunny days. Free street parking. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - Large via room with open fitted kitchen - Dining and living room area (TV and internet connection) - A small garden with a plancha available First floor : - Bathroom with bathtub, double sink, washing machine and dryer - separate WC - A bedroom with double bed on the street side Second floor : - A mezzanine bedroom with double bed on the courtyard side - One last bedroom with two separate single beds, street side To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, parties and events are not allowed. In the event of noise complaints or intervention by law enforcement, the security deposit may be fully retained. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Triez” tram stop is a 10-minute walk away. Place De La Paix bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. You can use the Ilévia application to get around the Lille metropolis. Free street parking, with no time limit (subject to availability).
