This bright and welcoming apartment, decorated in detail to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Matosinhos and Porto and their fantastic attractions. Ideal for couples, this accommodation features an open-plan living and dining area with the kitchen, bathed in plenty of natural light. The living room is equipped with a practical sofa, a television and a welcoming dining table, making it the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to the essential crockery and utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and other appliances to help you with your day-to-day needs. The accommodation features a lovely enclosed balcony (glazed veranda), strategically located with access from the bedroom. This sunny little corner, equipped with a small reading sofa, is the perfect retreat to relax, read a book and enjoy the wonderful natural light during the day. The bedroom is harmoniously decorated, providing a serene and peaceful environment for rest. It is spacious and features a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and built-in wardrobes so you can store your belongings in an organised way. This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
