Le Croisé Laroche is a 10-minute walk from a tramway station that takes you to Lille and its train stations, a Monoprix and numerous shops. You can reach Lille and its train stations in 10 min by streetcar. Bus station and Marcq racecourse 100 meters away.

The apartment is ideally located on rue Raymond Derain, in Marcq en Baroeul. The apartment comprises a living room, two bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. It's comfortable and well-kept. You'll appreciate its cozy, rooftop atmosphere. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the presence of the host. Tramway station "Croisé Laroche" at 10 minutes walk. You can reach Lille and its train stations in 10 min thanks to the tramway. Bus station "Verdun" at 100 meters. Free parking on condition of using a blue parking disc from Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 12 am and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, except on Sundays and holidays.
