Quiet and Noise: It is essential to respect the neighbors' rest between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with/disconnecting the device will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. No Smoking: Strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas. Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken to the containers located outside the building upon departure. Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed (including assistance animals). Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the initial reservation.

The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. You definitely need a rental car to get around the area, but the place itself and the host were absolutely great.
