Welcome to my home! This apartment can sleep up to 3 people comfortably. Fitted with a comfy sofa, you can relax in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space and a terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. A washing machine, dryer machine and air conditioning are a few amenities that you can find in this property. There are two bedrooms. One with a UK single bed and another room with a UK double bed. Both beds with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

Other information

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a 500€ smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
