There are many things to do and see, including exploring the nearby attraction and enjoying diverse dining and shopping options! With the Pueblo Nuevo train station (6 minutes walk) and several bus stations within walking distance, guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! Staying at our two-bedroom apartment provides an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant energy and rich culture of Madrid. Whether you're exploring El Retiro Park, savouring delicious Spanish cuisine, or simply strolling through the charming streets, this property offers a delightful stay in the heart of Spain's capital city. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second has a bunk bed; all beds are complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Other information
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

We enjoyed our stay. Only the sofa bed was not particularly comfortable for our daughter, as she could feel the individual springs.
