Every element of this residence has been tailored to deliver maximum elegance, functional efficiency, and complete daily independence. An open, luminous living space includes a comfortable lounge, dedicated work/dining area, and a room-divider curtain that transforms the double bed space into a private sleeping area. The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment to enjoy home cooking effortlessly, along with an in-unit washer-dryer combo for ultimate daily convenience. The modern and elegant bathroom is designed for your vanity, complete with a glass-basin sink, sleek contemporary finishes, and a glass-enclosed shower. Equipped with split air conditioning, electric thermal radiators, a TV, and an exterior clothesline for an effortless residential stay.

You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Note: This apartment is for short-term rental. It is not available for tourist purposes. A signed contract is required. Please note: there is not lift in the building and apartment is loctaed at 4th floor We provide basic amenities for your first stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or linens, please let us know; we will gladly provide them for an extra charge. Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
