Beautifully decorated, it offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can relax and unwind after exploring the vibrant city. The property is situated on the first floor and is accessible by stairs. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. There's also a lovely balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or wine in the evening. To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have double beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

environment a little too noisy, in the street at night because of the bar next door, and in the building because of the works in the shop on the ground floor. wake up every morning at 8am to the sound
