Check-in at this accommodation is self check-in with smart lock. A smartphone with battery and internet connection is required; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in available upon request). You will receive the link and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once check-in registration is complete. We provide basic amenities for the first few days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be delighted to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces if the property has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking.
