Inside, the home combines functional living with stylish industrial touches, featuring sleek black-and-white subway tiling, matte black hardware, and clean wood-toned accents that create a fresh, modern atmosphere. This apartment is designed with three individual private bedrooms centered around a shared kitchen with a dining bar, making it perfectly equipped for all your needs for up to 3 guests. The kitchen comes fully prepared with essential cookware and cutlery so you can easily whip up homemade meals, along with all essential electronics. Each of the three individual bedrooms features a cozy bed with hotel-quality linens, dedicated open wardrobe, small frdige, and a private Smart TV for personal streaming after a long day out and about. The bathroom contains a modern shower and electric hot water system, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided for your stay. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
