Welcome to my apartment! This charming 58m² apartment is conveniently located near several popular attractions in Madrid, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a puul out perfect for enjoying your meals. The space is bright and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils. The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has bunk beds. All beds come with linens. The bathroom includes clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your convenience, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor. It is accessible by means of a small lift, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as it requires a few steps to reach it. You can also use the stairs Enjoy your stay!

Other information
Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
