Located in Lyon, France's gastronomical capital, this charming flat is within walking distance to many of Lyon's top attractions and can accommodate up to 2 guests. The apartment is very homely as it is cozy and has a very modern setting. It also has all the essentials required for your full comfort!

This duplex completely renovated ground floor overlooking the street and can comfortably accommodate 2 people will offer all the necessary comfort for an amazing stay. layout: - An entrance - Open kitchen fully furnished and equipped, refrigerator, oven, a washing machine, a microwave, utensils and crockery, hotplates, ... - A bright and airy living room with flat screen TV and sofa. - Cosy and low ceilings (1.4-1.8m high) - A bedroom with double bed 160 X 200, custom dressing - Modern shower room with shower and toilet located on ground floor (stairs leading down are a little steep) - There's a bit of a noise from the outside as the sound insulation is a bit thin. To ensure your comfort during your stay, we provide you with: - sheets for bedding - bath towels and hand towels - kitchen towel - shower gel (1 per person) and soap - welcome coffee capsules - tea bags - the bottom of cooking: sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil. - a fan The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers.

The toilets are sanifiers, so do not throw anything in it except toilet paper. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
