This cosy 20m2 studio is ideally located for exploring Lyon. Furnished and equipped for 2 people. The flat comprises an entrance hall, a living room with TV, an open-plan kitchen with everything you need (hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, utensils), a sleeping area with double bed on the mezzanine and a shower room with shower, towel dryer and WC. NB: Ceiling height on the mezzanine is 1.22 m. The entire flat is equipped with WIFI. Right in the heart of a pedestrianised street with its many shops and restaurants. Just cross the footbridge and you'll be in Vieux Lyon, with its monuments, museums and ‘bouchons lyonnais’! For your comfort, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mats, tea towels) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night/morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
