Welcome to my 52 m² ground-floor flat in the 3rd arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate three people, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, you’re sure to enjoy a lovely stay in Lyon.

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring ... m², located on the ... floor (with/without lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (convertible/non-convertible) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to ... people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (type ...), utensils and crockery. The accommodation comprises ... bedroom(s), each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (single/double – size ... x ...) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/bathtub and a large mirror. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separate/included in the bathroom. The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and toilet, and the second with a shower. The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area (balcony/terrace/private courtyard/small garden) furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector (and a carbon monoxide detector) for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
