Lovely 23m² studio for 2 people equipped with a 140x200 folding bed. Right in the center of Lyon in the Cordeliers district, 2 minutes from the metro. Ideal base for a stay in the heart of Lyon. Everything is within walking distance with all the necessary shops nearby.

23m² studio flat on the 3rd floor (no lift) comprising a sleeping area with a 140x200 fold-down double bed, a bright and cosy living room with a sitting area, table, 2 armchairs, small desk, TV, wifi and 2 stools. Windows with net curtains and blackout curtains. A fully equipped kitchen with a sink, hob (2 induction burners), fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer and storage unit. The studio has shelves for storage, a wardrobe in the entrance and a storage space above the bathroom. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (pre-set bed linen, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 makeup remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in cleaning fees.
