Charming, light-filled 47m² duplex apartment ideal for up to 5 people, with its bedroom and mezzanine equipped with 140x200 beds. Right in the centre of Lyon, with a unique view over the roofs of St Nizier church and Fourvière Basilica, this is one of the best areas in Lyon for a quality stay.
Space
The apartment is located on the 6th floor with a lift and features an entrance hall, a bright and cosy air-conditioned lounge area with views of the cathedral and the rooftops of Old Lyon. It has a small flat-screen TV, a bench seat and an armchair opening onto the dining area, which consists of a large table for lunch and dinner and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an oven/microwave, toaster, induction hob, large fridge, coffee machine and everything you need for cooking. There is also a first bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a small shower room with shower, washbasin and separate WC. On the mezzanine, there are two 140x200 beds and a desk area for working. The flat also has storage space for your personal belongings. For your convenience, the flat is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning charge.
