A lovely and spacious 1 bedroom flat between Fulham and Parsons Green. The nice building is located is located 7 min away from the tube.
Space
Welcome to our beautiful flat! It has a large and warm living room with a comfy sofa to watch the TV with SKY box and a desk for work. The kitchen is large as well, fully fitted and equipped with a big dining table. At the end of the corridor is the bedroom with a comfy double bed and small cupboard for your personal belongings. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.Very welcoming layout for a perfect stay and a homely feel.

Other information
There's double glazing but just so you know that you can hear the train running a bit as the flat is located fairly close to the tube station. No lift to access the second floor. Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
