This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
