Welcome This contemporary apartment features a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a separate bath and shower room, hardwood floors, and retaining its original sliding sash windows, high ceilings, and fireplace. Fully furnished with all the comforts you'll need during your stay. You'll find a comfortable sofa, a lovely armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen, next to the living room, is simple and fully equipped. Featuring a small breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals, you'll also find all you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. The unit is equipped with a compact refrigerator, ideal for storing beverages and small food items. Please note that this fridge does not include a freezer compartment. ~ The bathroom has been completely renovated. Towels and free toiletries are prepared for your convenience. For your safety, we make sure the flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Hope you have a fantastic stay!
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Other information
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
