This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is a perfect central London base. The neighbourhood offers the best of both worlds: calm and quiet, with a range of parks right on the doorstep, while also being a step away from shops, cafés, restaurants and culture. A short walk to the British Museum, Holborn and Tottenham Court Road, tube stations are also close by (Russell Square and Kings Cross).


This light-filled flat is a wonderful combination of old and new: sitting within a Victorian mansion block, it has been recently designed/renovated to a high specification. On the 4th floor, it feels high above the bustle, with magnificent views of the London skyline. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware/cutlery, and the spacious dining area includes hidden storage and an additional wardrobe. In the bedroom–a king-sized bed with a premium Owl+Lark mattress, hotel-quality linens, and a large built-in wardrobe. The modern bathroom has all the basic amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The living room features comfortable seating areas and a Smart TV connected to fast fiber broadband. The apartment is professionally cleaned for your health and safety.


On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout


We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Other information

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
