Bright 1BR rustic home with large private terrace located in Fulham, West London, located on a quiet street, perfect for a relaxing stay.
Space
Welcome to our home! A newly renovated space with all the comforts of home located on the ground floor. The space has a lot of bright light, and blinds for the days you want a bit more shade. Comfortable for a group of 4, the home features a dining table, living area, modern kitchen, private terrace, a full bathroom with additional toilet room, private bedroom with terrace access, washer / dryer, fast WiFi (290Mbps tested) and a TV. We are conveniently located on the main floor of a 2 flat home in a quiet neighbourhood in Fulham, West London. The home has two steps to enter the garden and 2 small steps to enter the building.
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Other information
Please note there were previous reviews about the neighbours upstairs with a small child making noise. They have now moved out of the property since September 2023 so there is no longer this problem. Extra cleaning and linen services available upon request at an extra charge - please enquire for details. ***There may be occasional noise from the neighbors upstairs due to the build of the home.*** There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
