Alongside the private terrace, guests can also enjoy access to a shared communal garden located within the building and reached through the podium on the first floor, offering a pleasant and quiet outdoor space away from the bustle of the city. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to five guests and features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while the other offers a bath with an overhead shower. Situated on the fourth floor, the flat feels bright and airy, with well-designed spaces that allow guests to relax and enjoy their stay in comfort. Inside, the living area provides a welcoming place to unwind, centred around a comfortable sofa which also converts into a double sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The dining area offers a dedicated spot to enjoy meals together or plan the day’s activities, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances to make cooking easy and convenient. The two bedrooms are furnished with double sized beds, creating calm and comfortable spaces for a restful night’s sleep. The private terrace provides a lovely outdoor spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, while the communal garden accessed through the podium on the first floor offers additional outdoor space within the building where guests can relax or enjoy some fresh air. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
