Welcome to my home! Whether you're here to soak up London’s rich culture or simply enjoy its vibrant energy, this apartment is a wonderful base for your stay. Please note that the building does not have a lift. The flat is located on the second floor and is accessed via the stairwell. The apartment features a bright open-plan layout. The living area offers a cosy seating space with a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and access to a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. A dedicated dining area provides a comfortable space to gather and dine together. There are two bedrooms: the first includes a king-size bed, and the second has a double bed. Both are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). The property is located in the busy area of Barnsbury Estate, so street noises are to be expected. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
