Located on the first floor (accessible via stairs; please note the lift is currently out of order), this two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable stay in London’s creative E8 district. Just a short walk from the vibrant Broadway Market, you’ll find artisanal foods, vintage shops, and a wide range of dining options. Nearby train stations make getting around the city easy, while the neighbourhood’s artistic atmosphere provides a truly unique London experience. Designed with an open-plan layout, the living area features a large sofa, armchair, stool, and flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a balcony, creating a perfect spot to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential cookware and cutlery for preparing meals at home. Both bedrooms offer king-sized beds with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom comes with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience. Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
