The Millennium Bridge is situated next door to the building, only a 2-minute walk away. A wide variety of bars and restaurants are nearby, in the City of London and across the bridge on the South Bank. Any food you can imagine is available within a short walking distance. There is also an excellent restaurant/bar in the building if you want somewhere more convenient!

Welcome! This penthouse bedroom is a 35m2 private space with your front door, en suite bathroom, double bed, and a large private balcony. The balcony has spectacular views of St Paul's Cathedral, and the room is triple-glazed to block out any noise from the street. It is newly refurbished with luxury decoration and in a magnificent building. The foyer of the building has running waterfalls and exotic plants, and there is a shared balcony overlooking this foyer if you wish to use it. Please note this home has no kitchen, but we will provide a kettle. This room also has a private entrance. I hope you enjoy your stay! Please note that ongoing construction next door will operate from 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
