The property is well-decorated and features an open space design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, an armchair, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There is also a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Additionally, a dishwasher is available, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal. The apartment features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Each bedroom also has a TV and storage space for your belongings. All TVs in the apartment will only serve Smart TV channels. No aerial TV channels are connected to the TVs. All TVs have built-in internet-based Samsung Plus channels, while guests can log into their own accounts for other channels provided on the TV (Netflix / Disney Plus / Amazon Prime, etc.). This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
