Our wonderfully furnished apartment promises the ideal home base for an unforgettable stay in the city. The central location of the apartments allows you to explore the beautiful city of Lisbon! The studio apartment is composed of a double bed, a kitchen with dining table and chairs, and a bathroom. In our home, you will have heating and a TV in the living room. Complete with an equipped kitchen, you will find fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, basic cookware, coffee maker, and dishwasher for your usage. The home is also complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

Note: The elevator does not reach the ground floor you have to go up the stairs to take it. Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
