Welcome! This charming studio with a balcony, elegantly decorated to make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore Lisbon and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this apartment features an optimised and welcoming open-plan layout. The living and sleeping area blend harmoniously and are equipped with two comfortable armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a double bed, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax. The modern kitchen, with contemporary tones, is ideal for preparing your daily meals. In addition to basic crockery and utensils, the kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster and a practical suspended counter with high stools to help with your daily routine. Access to the balcony is conveniently located at the back of the kitchen, so you can easily sit outside, enjoy an al fresco coffee and take advantage of the excellent natural light during the day, which brightens the entire area. The property has a full bathroom equipped with a shower. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Please note that the studio is located on the 1st floor and access is exclusively by stairs, which is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

This property has a self check-in system with a smart lock, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. On the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Parking: Paid street parking available.

The flat is in a great location. It’s 15 minutes from the tourist area, both the city centre and other attractions. We didn’t usually walk around, but you should bear in mind the hills if you’re trave
