Welcome to my apartment! This charming 54 m² apartment offers a warm and welcoming space for your stay in this beautiful city. Please note that it’s located on the 4th floor of a building with no lift, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those carrying heavy luggage. Thank you for your understanding. This charming apartment blends rustic charm with modern touches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lovely sitting area features a cozy sofa and a TV positioned in front for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook with ease, including modern appliances, ample counter space, and all essential cookware and utensils. Just beside it, the wooden dining table provides a comfortable spot to gather for meals, work, or casual conversation. The bedroom provides a peaceful ambience, and it includes a comfortable queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
