Nestled in the heart of Lisbon, our charming studio promises an authentic Portuguese experience surrounded by historic charm with cobblestone streets and traditional architecture. With plenty of attractions, diverse dining options, boutique shops nearby, and easy access to R. S. Paulo (Bica) metro station (a 3-minute walk), guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! This delightful 47m2 studio is on the 1st floor with a lift and offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and charming space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It includes a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a plush sofa where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, a TV to watch all their favourite shows and an island kitchen table where you can dine with loved ones. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Very central and well located. Relatively quiet and a perfect size for two people.

The flat is centrally located, clean, the bed is quite comfortable although the pillows need to be changed. In general everything was good and quite modern. It is recommended to stay in this flat.
