This three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Lisbon is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Miradouro do Monte Agudo), good restaurants and shops, and the Anjos station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!
Space
Welcome to my home! The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an old building dating back to 1930. Guests can only access the property via stairs. Located in a family-friendly area, the apartment has a spacious living room with lots of seating and a television to entertain you. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and there's also a six-person dining table where you can dine with loved ones. A small corner is perfect for reading or indoor sunbathing as light pours through the windows. There are three bedrooms. The first room has a king-size bed, the second has a queen-sized bed, and the third has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. Please be aware that the internet service may not be suitable for streaming or remote work activities. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: It is forbidden to park the car in Rua da Guiné.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
