Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 81² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and elegant style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first includes a cosy double bed, multiple storage spaces and an ensuite bathroom. The second one has another double bed and an ample wardrobe. A shared bathroom in the hallway with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 3rd floor and the building has elevator. Enjoy your stay!

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
