This modern and spacious apartment with a balcony, elegantly decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore Lisbon and its attractions. Ideal for families or small groups, this apartment features an elegant living area with plenty of natural light. The living room is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a dining table and TV — the perfect space to relax and enjoy great moments. The kitchen, with its clean and modern design, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it has a coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob and fridge to help you in your day-to-day life. Access to the large balcony is conveniently through the glass doors of the living room and kitchen, flooding the entire social area with fantastic natural light during the day. The balcony runs along a large part of the apartment and features outdoor furniture, excellent for enjoying the sun and fresh air. The accommodation consists of two harmoniously decorated suites. The master suite, with direct access to the balcony, has a double bed and generous built-in wardrobes. The second suite is equipped with two comfortable single beds and wardrobes to store your belongings. The accommodation benefits from air conditioning in all rooms and the great convenience of private parking. All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The three bathrooms (two full en-suite bathrooms with shower trays and one service bathroom in the hallway) have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay! Please note that the unit below is currently undergoing renovation works, which are expected to continue until the end of May. Guests may experience some noise or minor disturbances during this period.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
