The apartment is central, cosy and comfortable. It has just been renewed and is well equipped. It's ideal for 5 people, but it can accommodate up to 7 adults. - On the 1st floor of the building, accessed by stairs. - 81 sqm + 90 sqm of garden space. - One Bedroom with a double bed, another with a single bed and one more that has 2 single beds and the living room has a sofa that can be turned into a comfortable double bed. A baby cot can be provided upon the previous request. - One full furnished kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and washing machine). - One full bathroom and an extra toilet (on a separated area). - Air conditioning. - High-Speed Wifi connection 200 Mbps and TV with more than 120 channels.
