This 17sqm apartment is located rue Colson, in Lille city center. It is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure residence. You will be a stone's throw from schools (Catholic University, IESEG, ICAM, etc.), shops and places of life in Lille (Citadelle park for example). Ideal for visiting the city and/or for your business trip!

The apartment, designed like a small hotel room, is composed as follows: - Entrance opening onto an equipped kitchenette (sink, hotplates, coffee machine, microwave, fridge) - Living room with double bed, dining area and television - Bathroom with shower, sink and WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens.
