This studio is located in the area around Lille Flandres train station, Rue des Ponts de Comines, the property enjoys a strategic location in a lively neighborhood, with a constant flow of travelers and activity, on the 4th floor without elevator (street side). The accommodation is very functional and has quality bedding. It is close to the train stations and the Grand Place. Ideal for visiting the city!

Our apartment is in a traditional Lille building. As it is an older construction, sound insulation is limited, and you may sometimes hear the sounds of daily life from the building and surroundings. The studio is composed as follows: - Living room with a double bed and work space - Equipped kitchenette and washing machine - Bathroom with shower and WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
