Located on rue Baptiste Monnoyer in the centre of Lille, the duplex is on the fourth floor of an Appart'Hotel-type residence with no lift. The train stations are a 15-minute walk away, and République Beaux-Arts metro station is 5 minutes away.
Space
The building being old and typical of Lille, soundproofing is naturally more limited than in a modern building, and it is not unusual to hear noise from the building or the neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. The apartment is composed as follows: - A living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area - A bedroom with study area and bathroom with shower, accessed via a second narrow interior staircase The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.
