Magnificent, spacious apartment opening onto a private garden, you'll appreciate the calm of the accommodation, ideally located in Lille next to the Cormontaigne metro station and the bus that will take you to the center of Lille and the train stations in 15 min.You're in one of Lille's most beautiful neighborhoods, and a 15-minute walk will take you to the Vauban gardens, the quays and old Lille!
Space
As the building's soundproofing is not ideal for light sleepers, we recommend bringing earplugs. We also ask all our guests to ensure peace and quiet for all residents after 9 p.m. The apartment is located on rue Bigo Danel, on the second floor (no elevator) of a secure residence. You will have access to the entire unit. The apartment comprises a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and dressing room, bathroom with shower. Its layout and facilities will make a group of business travelers, family or friends feel right at home! The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in possible. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host's presence. Cormontaigne metro station is a 2-minute walk away, Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are 15 minutes away by metro. Place du maréchal Leclercq bus station is 2 min away (bus to city center in 10 min). V'Lille station 2 min away (Cormontaigne station). You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Parking lots nearby. - Parking on the street or in the surrounding streets. - parking - Faculté de Médecine at €12 per day. The parking lot is located at 57 rue Philippe-Laurent Roland.
