Superb studio ideally located in the centre of Lille. You'll be surrounded by shops, restaurants and the best of Lille life. Right next to the metro! Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence, on the third floor with no lift.

The flat is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the third floor without lift, in a charming older building typical of Lille. Sound insulation is naturally more limited than in a newer construction, so you may occasionally hear noise from the building or neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. You will have access to the entire flat. You'll love the comfort of this accommodation, with its fully-equipped kitchenette, double bed, stylish modern decor and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for solo travellers, business travellers or couples for a short stay! The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linen.
