Superb studio ideally located in the center of Lille. You are surrounded by shops, restaurants and places of life in Lille. Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. We advise you to bring your earplugs for greater comfort.
Space
The flat is located in Rue Baptiste Monnoyer on the first floor of a typical Lille building: it comprises a living room with dining area and fitted kitchen, a double bed on a 140 x 200 mezzanine floor, and a bathroom with shower. Please note that the stairs to the bed are steep and the mezzanine is not very large, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video! The area is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs! Ideal for couples, singles and business travellers with a central location!

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. République Beaux Arts metro station is a 3-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 15-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 20-minute walk away, République Beaux Arts bus station is a 3-minute walk away, V'Lille station at 1 (Place richebé station).
